Unit 2 Collective Agreement

The Unit 2 Collective Agreement (CA) expires on August 30, 2008. Using the links below, you can download a .pdf version of the CA as well as two Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) and one Letter of Understanding (LOU) that were written in January 2007. These three documents address some of the outdated language in the CA regarding holidays, payment schedules and stewards.

Memorandum of Agreement regarding the number of Stewards U2 is entitled to.
Next year we will be renegotiating the Unit 2 Collective Agreement. If it's not working for you, let your steward know what changes you would like to see.
